Scantron forms only available at UT Bookstore locations

Scantron forms are available for .25 at any UT bookstore location.
Presidential Court branch is the closest to AG-VET MED and is open 8-8 M-F as of fall 09. Phone 974-5392.
I could not find a scantron form on the Web to download to save someone from having to go to the bookstore.
